• Preventive and corrective maintenance

The main objectives of subcontractor management are to control and ensure the quality of works, maintain flexibility and maximize performance and capacity use.

EVALUATION PROCESS

All companies must be rigorously screened and evaluated by our project specialists against a number of key criteria including:

• Past and present performance to date

• Current relationship with STI

• Reference list

• Financial status

• Licenses (e.g. electrical, climbing etc.)

• Company quality system

• Company health and safety policies

• Company profile

• Size of the company

• Areas of expertise

• Capacity (e.g. capability to handle the given work)

• Organizational structure

• Certificates and Awards

Letters of Intent will be offered to successful companies in order to secure a base of core Service Partners.
